Sacred Bodywork

more than a massage

live fully embodied

re-member yourself ...

PHILOSOPHY

×´ The body has its own deeply held wisdom and innate capacity for healing.

As a massage therapist,
my job is never to "fix" a fellow human being, but rather to assist clients by calling them back to their breath, and their bodies, and leading them into the states of relaxation where healing can occur.×´

Client Feedback

"My session was just what I needed to get back into my body.  Elizabeth has an excellent therapeutic quality to her touch.  She listened to my concerns and tailored the session to suit me."

Joe R.

"I highly recommend (embahdi) to anyone looking for a massage therapist who is attentive, intuitive, and exceptionally talented at her craft.  She walks that fine line of 'therapeutic discomfort' beautifully and I always leave feeling more alive in my body."

Nicole A.

As soon as she touched my back, I felt safe and loved.  It was more than just physical contact, it was healing for body and soul.  My aches and pains were released and my whole being felt lighter.  To me, Elizabeth is a Healer.

Cathy C.

"When I win the Megabucks, I'm having you come to my house every day for a massage."

Bob M.

"There's bodywork, and then there's what embahdi offers.  Elizabeth has an incredible intuition- somehow finding exactly where my body was holding, tension, stress, or emotion and helping me to release them with my breath and her touch.  I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected than I had in a very long time."

Louise W.

"Elizabeth will make you feel like the day you were born."
